The experience accumulated during a long career as a multi-faceted product designer makes the decision to launch a personal brand a likely and logical outcome. However challenging and scary as it sounds, it is, in fact, a natural step; one that I’ve embraced with passion and dedication.
The JM Brand
Though Jewelry design remains “on the menu”, the brand is focused on producing high-end Surface-Designs since this plays a relevant role in almost every category of products, from textiles to hard-surfaces and paper, and in an ever-growing number of items like clothing, furniture, accessories, home decor…
JM’s designs are intended for medium/large high-end manufacturing companies but some of my work may soon be available directly to the public.
Ghost Designer
A spooky adjective for a very common practice. Just like “ghost writers”, there are plenty of us “ghost designers” who collaborate, on a project-basis and under confidential agreements, for well-known brands.
